When Will My Order Arrive?
- Order Processing Time: 2–3 business days
- Estimated Delivery Time (USA): 2–5 business days after shipping
- You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order ships.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear once you receive your tracking number.
Didn’t Receive Your Tracking Info?
If it’s been more than 3 business days since you placed your order and you haven’t received tracking information, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.
Lost, Delayed, or Stuck Orders?
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the item, or if your order seems stuck for more than 5 business days:
- Double-check the shipping address on your order confirmation
- Check with neighbors, building staff, or your local post office
- Then contact us — we’ll investigate and make it right.
