At Litterbox by Petly, we’re committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and transparently. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle order processing, delivery times, shipping carriers, tracking, and missing packages.

Where We Ship

We currently ship orders within the United States only.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping (USA): Free on all orders
  • Expedited Shipping (USA): Coming soon (not available at this time)

There are no hidden fees or handling charges.

Processing & Delivery Times

  • Order Processing Time: 2–3 business days
  • Estimated Delivery Time (Standard Shipping): 2–5 business days after dispatch

We do not process or ship orders on weekends or U.S. public holidays. Processing time may be longer during high-demand periods (e.g. holiday sales).

Shipping Carriers

All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service).
Depending on your location or package size, we may occasionally use other reputable couriers such as FedEx or UPS.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order in two ways:

  1. Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
  2. Visit our Order Tracking Page

Tracking may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:

  1. Wait at least 5 business days after the expected delivery date.
  2. Contact our support team at contact@litterboxbypetly.com with your order number.

We will investigate with the shipping carrier and:

  • Reship the order at no cost to you OR
  • Issue a full refund, depending on the situation

Please contact us within 90 days of the shipping date. Claims made after that period are not eligible for refunds or reshipments.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
